Where is my order?

What do I do if i'm not happy with my order?

Can I return/exchange my product?

We will always do our best to make sure you’re happy with your flowers, but if you’re not satisfied or there is another issue, you are able to return the flowers to us within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected] with your order number and email address to begin your return or exchange.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Unfortunately we don’t do a standard delivery outside of the UK on the website. However if you do wish to send them further a field, we do free delivery on all UK addresses so you could send them on yourself once they arrive.

How are my flowers packaged?

All our arrangements are sent in flower delivery boxes with your flowers secured inside. We do our very best to ensure they get to you in the best condition possible!

If you’re buying as a gift, this box is great. All you will need to do is add a bow!

Apply discount after I've made a purchase?

Unfortunately we are unable to add any discount code after your purchase has gone through – sorry!

Why isn't my discount code working?

We’re sorry you’re having problems with your code. Contact us and let us know your discount code and we’ll take a look.

Can I send a gift card with my flowers?

Of course! You can add text at the checkout stage of your order. If you have placed the order and missed where to add the text, please contact us with your message and if your order has not been dispatched, we’ll add your card.

My Account

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Yes, but we promise it’s for a good reason. You can set up an account to review your order and order history. It will allow you easy access to your order number so if you have any problems you have that to hand quickly.

If you do not want to set up an account but wish to make a purchase, please contact us.

I can't see my previous order?

Sorry if you’re having a problem finding the information you want. You should always be able to see your order history. If you have just placed the order, please allow 30 minutes for the site to refresh and if the order does not appear contact us before placing it again.

What do you use my information for?

We only use your information for the purpose you agree to and nothing else.

You signed up for mailings

We will only email you about information relating to our products, offers, competitions. If you do not want to receive any of these marketing emails at anytime you can email [email protected] with your name and email address and we will remove you from our database.

You made a purchase

We only use your contact information for the product sent. Any information stored as history on your profile will only be used for that purchase and will not be used to send you any further marketing materials, unless agreed to as per the above ‘You signed up for mailings’. We may also use your contact telephone number to update you about your product, offers and delivery notifications. If you wish your profile to be deleted from our website contact us with your username and we will ensure you are removed.

You contacted us

We only use your contact information at time you make contact for the purpose and length of that enquiry. Once a resolution has been found we will not contact you again using those details. We will however store your detais for historic purposes for a period of time. If you wouild like to be removed from our records email [email protected] with your email address and we will ensure you are removed.

Can I delete my account?

Yes! everyone can delete their account, please contact us and we will ensure your information is removed from our database.

Why do you need a contact number?

We only use your number to contact you in relation to your order to update you about delivery status and from time to time to update you about offers which we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these messages then please contact us and we will remove your number from our database.

The Flowers

Can I design my own bouquet?

Yes! we’re quite flexible to your needs at Blueberry Street. We want to work with you to make something that meets your special occasion needs. Whether it be a bouquet, wedding flowers or even an individual stem, please email [email protected] with your ideas and we will let you know your bespoke price.

Please note, there will be an extra cost for bespoke designs.

How do I look after my artificial flowers?

Artificial flowers require a small amount of maintenance to keep them looking as good as the day you bought them for as long as possible. Read our article ‘How to clean your artificial flower bouquet‘ for more details on what we recommend.

Why artificial flowers instead of real flowers?

Lots of reasons! We all spend spend a lot of money on our garden, plants and flowers, 1.1 billion in the first three months of 2018 alone*. That’s a lot of money on something that may have a short shelf life. Artificial flowers are just as pretty, can smell just as amazing* and they last longer, its a no brainier really. Special occasions should last longer.

Do artificial flowers smell like real flowers?

All bouquets are sprayed with a flower scent. This scent will fade over time, we recommend you purchase a flower scent for your bouquet and use weekly.

Are the flowers safe if my pet has a nibble or chews them?

We advise that pets should never eat the flowers! We can not 100% say they would agree with any pets if they did lick or chew them, so please ensure they are out of the reach of all animals.

I have a vase in mind for my bouquet, can you cut the stems to size for me?

Sure! All are stems are made to a standard 30 cm size from the base of the bud. If you have a size you need, please let us know and we’d be happy to cut to size before we send.

Artifical flower stems are a bit more difficult to cut. If you want to do it yourself, you would need to be very careful and use a tool which can cut wire. We do advise that no children should be allowed to cut the stems of flowers and all adults should be careful too!

Can kids play with the flowers?

No! Safety first. Although the flowers are artificial and could make any tea party game look special, our flowers should not be used as a toy for children. We advise children should be supervised when around the flowers as they may contain small parts.
