All our artificial bouquets will be dispatched via tracked delivery the day before your chosen delivery date. Once the courier has collected the order you will notified by email that the item has been dispatched. This will contain the link to track your order direct to the intended recipient.
If the recipient isn’t available to receive the bouquet then our couriers common practice is to leave a card to arrange collection from the depot or to arrange redelivery.

We hope you’re happy with your flowers, but if you’re not then please contact us to arrange your return or exchange within 14 days of your purchase.
All products must be returned in the condition they where received and in the box. We hold the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any product.
Please note, general returns are at the buyers own cost and will not be funded by Blueberry Street Flowers. A refund will not be issued until the product has been received, therefore we ask you to consider paying for a tracked postage.
